Joel Durand

Strictly speaking, with no attempt to visit the shop at Saint Rémy de Provence nor a taste of his bonbons, there is not a lot of say about this chocolate shop. On the other hand, bottles of Joel Durand praline can be had in Paris' Au Bon Marche store. Masterful harmony in sugar crystals and nuts without being greasy, a generous application transforms lowly breakfast toasts into a morning feast.
